I've found these scripts to be tremendously helpful, but as a total noob when it comes to python and cheminformatics, I wanted to share some things that tripped me up that might be helpful to include in the readme to help any other laypeople trying to take advantage of these tools.

It took me quite a while to find that in addition to cirpy, I also had to install pandas and numpy, as well as import them as the aliases pd and np respectively, to get this to work.

I see now that the appropriate import/alias code is included with some of the approaches but not all. Since I started with approach #1, I didn't notice.

Just a thought! Thanks so much for sharing these!
