~~Hook that fixes the most common occurrences of D3DERR_INVALIDCALL errors by setting MultiSampleQuality = 0~~

Don't use this! This changes absolutely nothing! It works the same as a placebo called "4GB patch".

Saved for future reference in case you want to build your own wrapper.
