Update eleventy to 0.10.0

Hi there,

I realized that Hylia was back a few versions, on 11ty 0.8.3, when I went to use a new feature, changing the output directory of a pass-through https://www.11ty.dev/docs/copy/#change-the-output-directory

There's a bunch of new functions and performance improvements across the last two versions of 11ty:

0.9.0 https://github.com/11ty/eleventy/releases/tag/v0.9.0

It would be great if we could upgrade.
