This ensures that any special char in the author name wil not break the XML. Special chars are unlikely in vanilla flarum, but might be added by extensions or imports from other forum software

This fixes the problem with deleted authors mentioned in #12. It also applies a fix found in another fork of this repo regarding the proper XML escaping of author names.
