Let's build a file with introductory notes and links to tutorials on how to use git / GitHub / GitLab for new community members who join our team.

Our idea/plan thus far was to have a healthy mix of gDocs and Sheets and documentation here in GitHub. Is there a best practice to link the two systems? IMO, the easiest would be to just add urls to gDocs in the repos files and vice versa.

Should we start this in gDocs or here as (*.md) ?
