3D brain segmentation, split to seprate 3 axis segmentation
The aim of the project is to prepare the skull stripping method on T1 magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images of the head. The method should extract the entire area occupied by the proper brain from the raw scan of the patient, excluding bones, other soft tissues, etc. - see the illustration below:
