Unless I missed it, this repository doesn't have a CHANGELOG. CHANGELOGs are essential to list the addition, changes and fixes between different versions. It would be great to add one while keeping it updated.

Ok. I am going to write change logs starts from v0.14.1. Thanks for advice.

I just upgraded rust-ini from 0.15 to 0.17 for a project and I was looking for the changelog so I can check for breaking changes. Does it already exist somewhere? I couldn't find anything.
