Scaleway Rancher Quickstart

Two single-node RKE Kubernetes clusters will be created from two instances running Ubuntu 20.04 (Focal Fossa) and Docker. Both instances will be accessible over SSH using the SSH keys id_rsa and id_rsa.pub.
