Add start script into system service

This includes the following:

• for cluster_mgr/node_mgr bootstrap:

  • Add node_mgr into system service
  • Add cluster_mgr into system service
  • Add meta node start into system service

• For one-key installation script, including:

  • Add component start script into system service

• Also the remove process including:

  • Remove the things from system services

Also, it should contain the following items:

• A script to display the service status on this machine.

All the operations requires sudo privileges.
