Might be related to Facepunch/sbox-issues#2316.

The shader is not rendering properly on the Intel Iris Xe laptop.

On desktop with an NVIDIA GPU:

Is there anything on console? Which shader does it use?

No error nor warning is shown on the console.
This repo contains the shader it uses. Shader VFX source code can be found in shaders/MToon.vfx.

Can't reproduce the issue in the MET on my laptop display, only my external monitor can (which is not around me currently).
Maybe this issue has been fixed in a recent update.
I will test again when I get back to where I have an external monitor.

But when in-game, both laptop display or external monitor are not rendering properly as shown below.
Also, the lighting of the environment seems darker than normal (compare to a desktop with an NVIDIA GPU).
