[MedalTV] fix extractor due to site updates

numeric clip ids are no longer used by medal, and integer user ids are now sent as strings.

Description of your pull request and other information

This is a bugfix for MedalTVIE which no longer works.

• Medal no longer uses integers only and migrated to azAZ09

unsure why but all of these tests are auto-cancelling after 1 minute on unrelated content and not actually reaching my test/extractor.
