As: An app designer
I want to: express a smarter logic on workflows executions
So that: I can build complex workloads

AC1: Execution logic in Yorc
AC2: Make it possible to load a topology with such expressions in Alien4Cloud and transmit it to Yorc
AC3: Provide uses-cases/exemples to test it
