Option to create a custom post?

Hey

It would be great if Gutenberg could create a custom post. So one can go through and select the options needed for it. Then have it automatically show up as custom posts do in the left sidebar with needed icon, selecting were in the left sidebar etc.

Does that really need to be in the actual interface? My concern here is it is easily going to add too much weight. Maybe we can focus on a lean approach first.

My thoughts was actually just looking at one of the plugins today and get inspired and think of which fields are really really needed to start out with. We also need to figure out a good way forward. Thanks for bringing it up Tammi..:)
