First release of IceScanner with the following functionalities:
- Automated detection of artificial spin ice (ASI) vertices in X-ray absorption photoemission electron microscopy (XA-PEEM) images
- Manual modification of vertex locations
- Automated mapping of detected vertices and nanomagnets to an ideal 2D square or hexagonal lattice.
- Automated detection of nanomagnet magnetizations in X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) PEEM images.
- Manual modification of interpreted magnetization states.
- Calculation of vertex statistics, magnetic structure factor, and spin-spin correlators.
