master branch has older version number than crates.io

It's surprising that crates.io has rav1e 0.6.6, but the master branch reports 0.6.1.

I see the version has been updated on the 0.6 branch, but the master branch staying on old version numbers surprised me when I've tried to use [patch.crates-io] feature to test local changes and got an "older" version. I'd expect it to have 0.7 if it's not compatible, or a 0.6 version that is >= crates-io version.

BTW, how about making a crates-io release?

Probably we could bump to 1.0 master so there are less chances for ambiguity.
