The characters [í] (unicode 205 and 237) and [ì] (unicode 204 and 236) are converted to a double quotation ["].
e.g.:
'écrìture' -> écr"ture
(it should convert to 'écriture', or 'ecriture', right?)
Both of these characters [íì] sometimes appear in old English and/or in OCR mistakes, and should be converted to a standard English [i] character, not a double straight quotation.
