Pedestral list

models/heroes/pedestal/pedestal_1.vmdl_c
models/heroes/pedestal/pedestal_1_large.vmdl_c
models/heroes/pedestal/pedestal_1_small.vmdl_c
models/heroes/pedestal/pedestal_2_ground.vmdl_c (I think this looks best, skin for both radiant and dire)

Adding pedestral also help me solve that shadow bug too
