[More Menu] Update list style

The style of the More menu is very shadow-heavy and looks outdated. Some of the shadows seem to be doubled or tripled in strength.

We should move toward a more open-spaced list (not card) style that is more in line with the current Material guidelines.

• Remove all borders and set the screen background to white.
• Use an outline for Store Switcher – it acts more as a page header and behaves differently to the rest of the list.
• Remove the headings, and replace with a dividing line – the headings “Settings” and “General” are too vague and don’t provide any real benefit.
• Update the external link icon to the latest Material Symbol version.
