I would love to! I used OpenPIV a lot during my PhD and I think it is incredible.
Right now, I'll admit a lot of the code in swimpy is pretty disorganized---it's basically all the random code I wrote for my dissertation research---but I do think a few of the methods, like the boundary contour interpolation, could hopefully be useful for others

I'd just leave you an invitation to the repository. There we can try to get together to a consensus about the basic structure and try to merge the different methods. Of course it is just up to you to decide, so feel free to ignore :)
