Using the install.sh method is missing an option for LOCAL_MARKER_GROUP #149

Metadata:

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Installation method: install.sh
  • AWS CLI Version: 1.16.230

After checking the aws-ec2-ssh.conf after running the install.sh - there is no place for the LOCAL_MARKER_GROUP parameter.
I have checked the source code and have modified locally it to include this, and would be happy to create a PR if that would be helpful.
Also after extensive testing over the weekend - I have noticed a divergence in where the files are stored between the .rpm version and the install.sh. It doesn't affect it working - but wondered if that was deliberate?
ie
Files when using install.sh get put in /opt. sshd_config is modified to point at the following

#AuthorizedKeysCommand /opt/authorized_keys_command.sh
