Description

With the changes made in wazuh/wazuh#14354 where Debian Stretch support for Vulnerability Detector is deprecated, it is necessary to modify the current ITs to remove the cases for this target.

Current behavior

Currently, there are ITs for the Debian Stretch target that are working correctly due to the data being mocked, but actually in production the vulnerabilities are no longer available and therefore the scanning for this target does not work.

In the PR, these checks fail, as we have removed both the OVAL download and the scanning:

Expected behavior

Remove all cases in the ITs that are specifically related to the Debian Stretch target, so that they pass the checks correctly.
