Signing up for a new GitHub account 注册新账号

GitHub 提供免费账户给用户和组织用于开源项目，同时给付费的账户提供私人库。

提示：在组织中访问和操作库是不需要付费用户帐户的。免费账户to access and work on库in an organization。免费帐户可以在组织的私人库中工作，只要[将他们添加为队员](Adding or inviting members to a team in an organization 在组织中添加或者邀请人员进团队.md)。

##注册服务

1. 进入 GitHub 计划和报价 页面
2. Select the appropriate account type and level that you want to create. If you want more information about account types, you can read about the difference between a user and an organization account.根据你的需要选择合适的类型和等级来创建账户。更多信息参阅[用户和组织账户的不同点](What's the difference between user and organization accounts 用户和组织账户的不同点.md)
3. 决定了之后，点击 Sign up now.
4. 在下个页面输入 username, email , 和 password
5. 选择计划类型。如果还没有确定要哪种类型，可以先选免费账户。后期可以自由的进行升级。
6. 点击 Finish sign up.
