The CLI currently does not work.

The list of cli tools need to update:

Tokenizer: vntk tok <file_name.txt> - convert lines of text to lines of tokens
Word segmentation: vntk ws <file_name.txt> - convert lines of text to lines of vietnamese words
Post tagging: vntk pos <file_name.txt>
Chunking: vntk chunk <file_name.txt>
NER: vntk ner <file_name.txt>
