This code compiles and runs cleanly on Delphi 7 SE.

Before opening Tetris project:

FastIMB component must be installed to IDE.

On menu,: Component -> Install component, into new package, browse into fastlib directory, pick FastIMG.pas, choose package file name. Then FastBMP component should appear in Standard section
