It’s that time of year again when we come together to support and celebrate the open source technologies we use and love. To help you celebrate Hacktoberfest 2020, I have opened a few issues for #CodeNewbie folks, also few are good ones to be taken by JS developers. Please check this.

Hi Sir,
Some queries I have,

1. Is the issues will be beginner friendly?
2. I am familiar python 3(basic or intermediate), so can I also contribute?
   3.As this repository is Hacktoberfest specific, so we are allowed to contribute from 1st oct only and when you will add issues?
   4.Can a newbie also contribute to this repo, who is not an expert in programming but just learning to code currently?
   Sorry In advance if I sounds a bit silly here.
