Hi, it's a great job to integrate random forest into a decision tree. I can successfully run your example code, but when I tried to use my own data, I'm not sure how to change the random forest model into your .RF.txt format in src/resources/forests. Can you give me some help? Thanks.

First of all congratulations on your work, I think it is a great step for Explainable ML.
I share the same doubt of chiyuhao, I would like to know how can I generate the txt files.
Hello!
Thanks a lot for the interest in our work and algorithm. You are right, the current .txt format for inputting the trees is a bit cumbersome to use. We will shortly update the code and add additional scripts to permit easier interfacing with scikit-learn. We keep you posted very soon!
