Error Loading custom model weights with pytorch.hub.load

After training, I use the torch.hub.load to load my custom model with my own model weights( best.pt), like this:
model = torch.hub.load('ultralytics/yolov5', 'custom', path_or_model='best.pt')

However, an error raises up: RuntimeError('Cannot find callable {} in hubconf'.format(model))

Requirements

Python 3.8 or later with all requirements.txt dependencies installed, including torch>=1.7. To install run:

$ pip install -r requirements.txt
