For my bachelors thesis I am in desperate need of a hand detection which is able to run on a Pi 4 with at least stable 15 fps.
Before I throw myself into creating one, is there a pretrained model? It will probably take too long to train and optimize a new model, as this is only a tool to achieve the actual functionality I am aiming for.
I found several projects which combine object detection and RPi, but not for hand-detection. I think the performance may benefit from only needing to detect one specific object. Using a classifier is not an option since I need the location of the Hand in the picture.
Best regards and thanks in advance,
Jan
