Best microprocessor for yolov5: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X or AMD Ryzen 7 5700G

We are building a server just to run yolov5, mostly for training and detecting.

The main components are:

1. 32 GB of RAM memory DDR4
2. GeForce RTX 30 Series RTX 3060 OC 12GB

We have two option for the microprocessor, AMD Ryzen 5 5600X or AMD Ryzen 7 5700G. The main differences are:
