Description

Regional application of the FV3 is now using different physics suite. We need to test that suite.

Solution

I'm going to create new tests (replace old ones).

Alternatives

Also I'm going to make new rt.conf suite (probably in future PR) so we can run full regional tests weekly.

Finished work using develop-20201201 baselines.
Tested on Hera, WCOSS-Cray and WCOSS-DELL.
