Description
FV3 forecasts with MERRA2 aerosol need climatology dataset in the running directory
Solution
The MERRA2 clim data are in the following locations on Hera:
/scratch1/NCEPDEV/global/glopara/fix/fix_aer/merra2.aerclim.2003-2014.m[01-12].nc
/scratch1/NCEPDEV/global/glopara/fix/fix_lut/optics*
The first set should be linked to running directory as:
aeroclim.m[01-12].nc
Could the above datasets be linked to running directory in the workflow?
