How to write request "show all gas stations" on current map cutout?

I have difficulties to setup inquiries on Overpass webpage.

How to write e.g. a request "show all gas stations" on CURRENT map cutout?

Does it matter if I write "gasstation or "gas station"?
Does Overpass automatically translate german "Tankstelle" to "gas station"?

How can I search for all restaurants, bars, bistros, cafes, pubs on the current map?
Do I really have to specify 4 independent requests?

The search term restaurant or cafe or pub or bistro putting into the Wizard will get some data.
But "Tankstelle" has the problem that it translates to the unused "shop"="fuel"
