After cache clear, page needs to be refreshed 2X to see chart. #1

When the cache is cleared and a user goes to a page with a tripal fancy field, the field doesn't appear. However, when the page is refreshed, the field shows up.

This might be related to the location of drupal_add_js/css() since we see it for the styling of the table formatter but not the content.
