[A11y] Add "Load more" button for long lists

If you have a long list of files, let's say, in Instagram, and you're working with the keyboard only, you have to navigate through all the photos to get access to the very important Upload button. The only alternative is to use Shift+Tab which is not always convenient.

One solution which might solve this is to show a small number of photos (8? 12?), and then the Load More button below, which would load more photos. In that case, people could reach the Upload button much easier.

It needs to be well-discussed and designed nicely. The same problem is relevant when it comes to Dropbox/Google Drive.
