Upgrade

1. edit quiz.txt
2. run ./generate.sh
3. git checkout gh-pages
4. unzip genereated.zip
5. open index.html (if there are some problems, re-edit quiz.txt and back to 1)
6. if the generated quiz has no problem, commit and push gh-pages branch
