Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a Data Scientist, I want the option to consume this predictable stack directly as a template GitHub project,
so that I can start to build upon it on a new GitHub repository that is pre-populated with the stack's content.

High-level Goals

Users can use this predictable stack to populate the skeleton and initial content of a new GitHub repository.

The user's new repo contains a ready-to-use software stack, and possibly some sample usage code

Describe the solution you'd like

A sample generic data science project template repo is available from the aicoe-aiops team at https://github.com/aicoe-aiops/project-template, with plans to make it available via the cookiecutter CLI (see aicoe-aiops/project-template#41)

This request is about providing something similar, but based on this predictable stack.

Additional context

This is related to thoth-station/core#402

Acceptance Criteria

  • predictable stack is available as a template github project
  • folder and file structure documentation exists
  • (optional?) predictable stack can be bootstrapped using cookiecutter
  • sample notebook(s)/examples are available in the repository to illustrate usage of the stack
