Prepare, record and publis demos of CNBi end to end functionality

There have been some significant developments in the CNBi functionality that enable us to show it in action in a complete end to end process.

These developments include:

• Pipelines that implement the import and build-from-image use cases
• Controller (meteor-operator) that drives the execution of these pipelines
• odh-dashboard frontend changes to move from BYON to the CNBi use cases
• odh-dashboard backend changes to connect to the CNBi controller (meteor-operator)

The goal of this issue is to create and publish demos of all these working together to provide an integrated workflow for custom notebook images.

Acceptance criteria

The following demos are publically available:

• end to end import of an existing image into ODH, with validation of its content (also show an invalid case)
• end to end build of a new image based on an existing one (stock or custom) plus a set of package/version specifications

Besides the full end to end demos, the following can also be considered (optional?):

• a summary of changes / differences between BYON and CNBi for the import use case
• blog post(s) to complement the demos
