Support for Github Enterprise

would it be possible to get support for github enterprise, it seems simple enough: https://github.com/octokit/octokit.rb#working-with-github-enterprise

The question is how would you like to control the api_endpoint, should it be done via environment variable for example?

I wonder if it would be true to state that a config is only ever applied to a single GitHub instance? If so you could add an optional key to the config file. If not, add an option to the OptionParser (and maybe let it be defaulted off an env var).
