A bot to notify about vaccine availablity. Calls API every 1 min(duration can be changed).

The bot right now is for personal use only. Right now the bot checks the availablity in Faridabad, Haryana only. To change it as per the requirements.
districtId can be changed in the API
To set-up telegram bot to notify about the vaccine, add chatID and bot token.
