I updated conda-cpu.yml with tensorflow==2.3.0 instead of 2.3.0rc0. After that I got the following "unicodedecodeerror" in "save_model.py". Has anyone solved a similar problem?

I guess its error with tensorflow version. So try installing tensorflow-gpu==2.3.1 and tensorflow==2.3.1

if it doesn't resolve, I am happy to share the working environment yml file with you
