Can I run colab-webcam on my jupyter server

Hi AI Guy,

Thanks for sharing this great demo running opencv for face detection on colab.

A short question, I noticed you use from google.colab.output import eval_js to implement js part.

I tried to setup a remote jupyter server on my lab, but for eval_js, I used either pip install google.colab or pip install Js2Py, neither works for me.
