CPU occupancy and inference rate at execution time #77

It receives video data, detects objects, and modifies and outputs them.
When running the program, the CPU usage is excessively high and there is a delay in the video.
Is there a way to lower the CPU usage?
--Computer Specs----
CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700 2.10 GHz
RAM: 32GB
GPU: RTX3070
Can I additionally check whether the GPU is used or not?
