problem for update the car

Hello all,

i try to change the state of car with

if vehicles[0]['charge_state']['charging_state'].lower() == 'charging':
    vehicles[0].command('STOP_CHARGE')
else:
    vehicles[0].command('START_CHARGE')

no problem with menu.py, or get information from car with my code but i was a error that when a try change the state of the car with my code
I not understand the mistake
