This ensures that the local directory is used for testing, even if the explain-it.nvim plugin is installed by the package manager.
This tweaks the run script in Makefile to run in a clean, sandboxed environment. This prevents other plugins installed on the system from affecting the isolated environment.
This removes the default keymaps from plugin configuration, and sets default keymaps in the minimal test init used for plugin dev.
