[Bug]: Should hide reservation when disabled

What happened?

When reservation is disabled for a location, the menu title still appear. A use can click, the calendar will be shown, then only when clicking on Find table, it does nothing (refresh the page). This looks like a buggy reservation page, but in fact it is just disabled.

What did you expect to happen?

In the front shop, hide all the reservation pages, above all hide the Reservation menu item, so it wouldn't be possible to access the reservation page.
