Multi-language support

Hello,

I wanted to add another language other than English.

To be clear I don't need translation, I will add all posts manually. I have researched little bit all I see is very small part of internalization. Can anybody help me to do this website multi-language with button on the navbar?

P.S.: I am very beginner to SvelteKit. If I offend you, please ignore!
