Turn usage pages into guides

Sections from the usage should be turned into individual pages.

A guide should have a defined starting and end point, and can have prerequisites (i.e. authentication requires encryption).

Guides should consider edge cases that users might have.

A section for trino could look like this:

Guides (How do I do XY?)
- Security
  - Encryption
  - Authentication (LDAP)
  - Authorization (OPA)
- Working with catalogues
- Configuration Overrides

This was already done for Trino: https://docs.stackable.tech/trino/stable/usage_guide/index.html
