Pre-trained U-Net model on nucleus data, created in Keras.
Use this if:
- you built the plugin from source
- fetched the plugin from the Fiji update site
How to use:
- Extract this archive to the plugins folder of your ImageJ/Fiji installation.
- Restart ImageJ/Fiji and the AnnotatorJ plugin
- Select the checkbox for Contour assist and get a suggested contour (for detailed instructions please see README.md or AnnotatorJ_documentation.pdf)
Note: the pre-built standalone release already contains this model
