Buttons are image files used by the Decent Sampler engine to create user interface (UI) controls for the Bare Bones XS instrument presets.
- Buttons are supported in Decent Sampler versions 1.7.0 and above.
- The Decent Sampler platform supports custom button images in PNG format.
Bare Bones XS includes two (2) sets of original LED switch designs and one (1) utility switch intended for use as UI buttons in your custom Decent Sampler instrument presets. LED switch designs light up and turn off to indicate control status.
Button switches are used extensively throughout Bare Bones XS to control sound groups, effects and other UI controls:
- A / B switching
- On / Off functionality
To use custom button images, simply add the image files to the 'Buttons' folder and update your instument preset file(s) accordingly using a text editor.
