Allow like, comments without Github

Giscus is an open-source tool that can be used for likes & comments (it uses Github API). IDK if it also supports "views" (how many people read the article, including those who didn't like or comment).

Disqus is another popular way. But it's proprietary, and requires either purchasing a subscription or showing ads on site. So I'm going with Giscus only.

Problem with Giscus is that it requires Github sign-in - most people don't have Github accounts.

• Either use something like Discus that supports Google sign-in (but Discus is paid ☹️), OR
• Try something like this to allow people that don't have Github accounts to comment anonymously.
